Before & After School Club Manager
Salary: Grade 5 (SCP18 23) £31,537 - £34,434 per annum, (full time, full year equivalent)
Actual Salary: £24,948 - £27,243 per annum
Hours: 32.50 per week, term time plus 1 week.
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 07.30am 10.30am and 2.00pm 5.30pm.
Start Date: 30th March 2026.

The Governors of St Herbert’s School wish to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced, well organised and committed Before & After School Club Manager to join our hard-working team.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification and Literacy and Numeracy skills.
- Have excellent communication skills and competent ICT skills.
- Be able to lead and support other staff confidently.
- Be able to adapt and respond appropriately to challenging situations.
- Be an excellent team player, who is flexible and self-motivated, and has the ability to reflect and improve.
- Be willing to support the school’s aims, mission and religious character.
