The Role:
Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused CTEC Administration Officer (Fixed Term) to support the delivery of the Construction Technical Excellence College (CTEC), of which B&FC is a named partner. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and strong administrative governance across CTEC activities, supporting both strategic objectives and partnership commitments.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
As a key member of the CTEC team, you will provide high-quality administrative support across a range of activities, working closely with internal teams and external partners. Your main responsibilities will include:

Providing comprehensive administrative coordination, including maintaining accurate records, managing documentation, and supporting meetings and diary scheduling.
Acting as a first point of contact for CTEC enquiries, supporting effective communication with partners, learners, and internal teams, and assisting the Client Relationship Manager with stakeholder engagement.
Supporting projects and programmes by monitoring timelines, collating data, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with the organisation of workshops, training sessions, and events.
Managing financial and resource administration, including processing purchase orders and invoices, tracking budgets, and maintaining accurate resource records.
Ensuring compliance with College policies, data protection, health and safety requirements, and supporting audit and quality assurance processes.
Drafting and distributing communications and updates, and maintaining information on internal systems and shared platforms.
