Headteacher’s PA (Admin Officer) – Lytham St Annes
Humly is recruiting a Headteacher’s Personal Assistant / Admin Officer to join a non-class school on a long-term temporary basis.
This is a full-time role starting as soon as possible and continuing for two terms. The position would suit an experienced and highly organised school administrator who is confident providing high-level PA support within a busy educational setting and handling sensitive information with discretion.
What You’ll Be Doing
Providing comprehensive PA and administrative support to the Headteacher
Managing diaries, correspondence, appointments and confidential communications
Acting as a professional first point of contact for parents, staff and external agencies
Preparing agendas, papers and accurate minutes for meetings
Supporting school admissions processes, including liaison with the local authority
Maintaining confidential pupil, staff and governance records in line with school policies
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience in a school administration or PA role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confidence handling confidential and sensitive information
Experience supporting senior leaders or governors within an education setting
A professional, calm and approachable manner
Pay
£14.00+ per hour
