This role sits right in the middle. You’ll take inbound calls from existing customers, deal with queries, renewals and upgrades, and spot opportunities where a better product or service genuinely makes sense.
No cold calling. No guesswork. Just conversations, outcomes, and clear targets.
The day-to-day
Speak with customers who are already using the service
Resolve queries, manage renewals and discuss upgrade options
Ask the right questions to understand what the customer actually needs
Use multiple systems accurately while keeping the conversation flowing
Work towards sales and quality measures that are clear and achievable

Permanent, full-time contract
40 hours per week, shifts between 8am–10pm, Monday to Sunday
Rotas confirmed at least one month in advance
Uncapped commission on top of a strong basic salary

This is an on-site role based in the BT1 area of Belfast, working five 8-hour shifts out of seven.
