Your Daily Duties Will Include:
- Providing 1:1 and small‑group support tailored to individual EHCP outcomes.
- Assisting pupils with communication, including visual supports, sensory aids, and assistive technologies.
- Supporting with personal care routines, including hygiene, feeding, and mobility where required.
- Helping pupils with sensory regulation, emotional regulation, and behaviour using trauma‑informed, calm, and structured strategies.
- Adapting learning materials to meet diverse needs across different curriculum areas.
- Contributing to a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support teams to ensure consistency and progress.
