Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Contracts Commercial Lead for our WCR 5 MID team. Responsibilities
Develop and manage contracts in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
Lead negotiations with clients and suppliers to ensure favorable contract terms and conditions.
Analyze and evaluate contract performance and compliance, recommending improvements as necessary.
Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to align contract objectives with business goals.
Monitor market trends and industry developments to inform contract strategy and execution.
Prepare and present regular reports on contract performance and commercial metrics to senior management.
Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices in contract management and commercial negotiations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in contract management or commercial negotiation in a corporate environment.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on contract performance evaluation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Understanding of legal terminology and commercial laws related to contracts.
