Temporary Night Support Worker
Location: Cwmbran
Pay Rate: £14.50 – £15.00 per hour
Contract: Temporary / Agency
Shifts: Night shifts (flexible availability)
We are currently recruiting Night Support Workers in the Cwmbran area to work on a temporary agency basis. This role is ideal for experienced support workers looking for flexible night work with competitive pay.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing person-centred support to individuals during night hours
Assisting with personal care where required
Ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and comfort of service users overnight
Carrying out regular checks and responding appropriately to any needs or incidents
Maintaining accurate records and handovers
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Support Worker (essential)
A caring, reliable, and patient approach
Ability to work independently during night shifts
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Relevant training (e.g. Moving & Handling, Medication, PMVA) desirable
