Description
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Learning and Achievement Project Manager (PO3) to join our team and lead initiatives aimed at enhancing educational outcomes and fostering achievement across various programs. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing innovative projects that promote effective learning strategies and improve the overall performance of our educational services. You will collaborate with stakeholders, including educators, administrators, and community partners, to ensure that projects meet the needs of our diverse learners. Your expertise in project management and educational methodologies will be critical in driving successful outcomes and assuring accountability within the framework of established goals. As a Learning and Achievement Project Manager, you will be instrumental in collecting data on project effectiveness, conducting needs assessments, and facilitating training sessions for staff. Your role will also involve staying abreast of the latest educational trends, evaluating project impact, and reporting on progress to key stakeholders. This position demands a forward-thinking individual who is passionate about education and committed to fostering an environment that supports continuous improvement and achievement for all learners.

Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of educational projects that support learning and achievement initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with organizational objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring effective resource allocation and risk management.
Conduct needs assessments and data analysis to identify areas of improvement and inform project development.
Facilitate training and professional development workshops for educators and staff to enhance project implementation.
Monitor project progress, analyze results, and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders on project achievements and challenges.
Stay updated on current educational research, trends, and best practices to inform project strategies and decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in education, project management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in project management, particularly in an educational or nonprofit setting.
Strong understanding of educational theories, learning methodologies, and assessment practices.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in data collection, evaluation, and reporting.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
