Responsibilities
Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
Create and distribute engaging content across various internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, and digital signage.
Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to gather feedback and promote a culture of transparency.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across departments.
Organize and support internal events, workshops, and team-building activities.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication efforts and recommend improvements.
Act as a main point of contact for employee inquiries related to internal communication channels.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience in internal communications or employee engagement roles.
Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Experience in developing communication campaigns and strategies.
Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
