You’ll manage recruitment campaigns from start to finish, working under the guidance of Resourcing Advisors and stakeholders to deliver campaigns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Delivery: Which includes creating adverts, supporting reasonable adjustments, managing candidate and business lead questions, and onboarding. Escalating complex queries to Resourcing Advisors as needed.
Candidate Experience: Manage communications, scheduling, and logistics to provide a positive applicant journey.
Process Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.
Reporting: Monitor campaign progress and provide regular campaign reports to line managers and business leads.
Feedback: Gather post-campaign feedback from all stakeholders, including line managers, and consolidate insights to identify lessons learned and inform future improvements.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend operational enhancements based on delivery insights.

The team

The Resourcing Hub, part of the Strategy, Transformation & Assurance directorate, focuses on people-related initiatives across the Environment Agency.

We deliver high-volume and bespoke recruitment campaigns, provide creative attraction and outreach services to engage top talent, and ensure new starters have an informative, welcoming induction.

Additionally, we drive improvements to resourcing processes, introducing changes that enhance efficiency and consistency across the organisation. You’ll be working alongside Resourcing Advisors and Support Officers.

Experience/skills required

We’re looking for someone with experience in high-volume recruitment campaigns and knowledge of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). You’ll liaise with line managers, supply partners, and internal teams such as HR, Resourcing Improvements and the EDI team to resolve queries and keep campaigns on track to deliver successful campaigns, strong stakeholder engagement is key.

You should bring a solid understanding of resourcing practices, campaign delivery, and excellent customer service experience. Plus, the ability to introduce new ways of working and build relationships quickly. Above all, we value creativity and fresh thinking.

Essential:

Excellent planning and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities at pace.
Strong communication and ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.
Confidence to work independently, with the ability to prioritise workloads.
Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
CIPD Membership (or willingness to work towards accreditation).
