In this role, you will:
• Provide generalist HR support at academy level, covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
• Work collaboratively and proactively with the wider HR team to meet academy and trust-wide priorities.
• Deliver an excellent level of customer service to stakeholders, ensuring their HR needs are met effectively.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted partner in all HR matters.

• Enthusiasm, tact, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• A solution-focused mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
