Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments and receipts
Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly financial reports
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
Conduct regular audits of financial transactions for compliance and accuracy
Provide support in financial data analysis and forecasting to improve decision-making
Respond to financial inquiries and provide assistance to internal and external stakeholders
Maintain organized financial records and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in an administrative capacity
Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments
Understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards relevant to the organization
Hours Per Week: 36.00
