You will rotate through the different sections of the kitchen and support and assist the senior chefs in bringing the recipes to life.
- Experience as a Chef in a fresh food environment.
- Strong cooking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- NVQ in Food Preparation and a great passion for cooking and food.
- Confident communicator – important to liaise with other team members both front and back of house.
- Ability to manage your own time.
- Organised, calm and professional during service.
