You will join as a Breakfast Chef, playing a key role in delivering a high-quality breakfast service for our guests.Working within a supportive kitchen brigade, you will take pride in preparing and presenting breakfast dishes to the highest standards while supporting smooth kitchen operations throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and deliver all breakfast food items, both hot and cold, ready for daily service
• Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation during breakfast service
• Support basic food preparation and mise en place for lunch and later service periods
• Order required breakfast food items using the kitchen ordering system
• Ensure food hygiene, health & safety and allergen standards are followed at all times
• Maintain clean, organised and hygienic work areas, equipment and utensils
• Support the Demi Chef de Partie and Chef de Partie in the smooth running of kitchen operations
• Work to agreed food cost margins and follow recipe guidelines set by senior chefs
Person Specification
• Genuine passion for food and pride in delivering high-quality dishes
• Experience working in a professional kitchen, ideally within a hotel or similar environment
• Good basic kitchen and knife skills
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and health & safety practices
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Enthusiastic, reliable and eager to learn
• Attention to detail with a commitment to high standards
