You will join as a Spa Attendant, playing an important role in supporting the day-to-day operation of our spa facilities.Your attention to detail, calm approach and pride in presentation will help ensure our guests enjoy a relaxing, clean and welcoming spa environment throughout their visit.

•Maintain cleanliness and presentation across spa facilities, including changing rooms, relaxation areas and treatment spaces
• Prepare spa areas for daily operation, ensuring towels, robes and amenities are fully stocked
• Support guests with general enquiries and provide a warm, professional presence within the spa
• Assist with laundry movement, towel replenishment and stock rotation
• Ensure spa facilities are safe, tidy and ready for guest use at all times
• Report maintenance issues, hazards or guest concerns promptly
• Follow all health & safety, hygiene and operational procedures
Person Specification
• Strong attention to detail with pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Calm, professional and guest-focused approach
• Comfortable working in a quiet, wellbeing-focused environment
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically able to carry out manual and repetitive tasks
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and early mornings or evenings
