* Has a clear understanding of the Rehabilitation Assistant role and its boundaries

* Enjoys delivering hands‑on, practical rehabilitation support

* Is looking to develop and consolidate their role as a Therapy Assistant within a specialist service

* Values continuity of care and long‑term contribution within a multidisciplinary team
