Crynodeb
This is a critical role in delivering a responsive and strategically driven ICT & Digital service. The successful candidate will form part of a team who ensure the service effectively responds to the ICT challenges and opportunities encountered by the Housing & Neighbourhood service area, as set out in their their Programme of Change.
The post holder will support their peers and users to ensure key ICT & Digital solutions are maintained for a range of products for the service. Experience of NEC Housing, DMS, Engage, Civica CX , among others are desirable.
We are looking for someone with skills to work well with colleagues at all levels and be self-motivated to resolve complex queries using technology solutions in response to business problems.
In addition, you will have a good knowledge of the HRA Council’s current and future ICT application portfolio.
Specifically, the successful candidate will be able to:
Assist Senior ICT Business Support colleagues, interrogating, building and maintaining systems in response to user issues.
Identify ICT solutions and make recommendations.
Evidence previous creativity showing their skills with a range of ICT solutions.
Ability to analyse systems as required, to ensure business continuity through system availability and support the business by carrying out any necessary tasks and functions on critical business application systems.
Provide adequate ICT system controls to ensure, Data Protection, Access for Freedom of Information, Security & User permissions etc.
Proven track record of Liaising with 3rd parties to resolve ICT issues.
Provide support, guidance and training in provision of a service desk function to users of Housing systems as part of the Service Level agreement between Housing and ICT.
