Job Description:
Mess Accountants Administrator– RAF High Wycombe, Walters Ash, HP14 4UE

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to provide essential financial and administrative support to our site. This role covers a range of accounting functions, including payroll, invoicing, billing, and month-end tasks, ensuring smooth financial operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliation of accounts.
Process payments to external partners and manage supplier invoices, credit notes, and purchase orders.
Organise and store financial documents in both digital and paper formats.
Assist with month-end procedures, compliance, and reporting.
Reconcile cash/cheques on a daily basis to prevent errors and ensure that all monies are correctly accounted for
Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and within required timeframes.
Provide additional financial support as needed.

Skills & Experience:
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience in finance administration, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
A proactive approach with an interest in career development within finance.
