We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital & Website Manager to own the day-to-day performance and optimisation of our website and digital touchpoints. You’ll support development roadmaps, manage change requests, maintain content accuracy and ensure our digital estate reflects the quality of our guest experience.

From booking journeys to digital screens in property, you’ll work closely with agencies, designers and internal stakeholders to bring ideas to life.

This is a key role in our Marketing & Digital team, requiring strong technical fluency, great stakeholder management, and the ability to manage both day-to-day operations and longer-term development priorities.

What you'll be doing as Digital & Website Manager:

  • Act as primary support for visibility and optimisation of menus, seasonal packages and experiences.
  • Maintain and update site content, imagery and promotions in CMS.
  • Own SEO implementation and reporting (on-page, technical and content).
  • Manage website roadmap, liaising with internal stakeholders and agency teams to prioritise fixes and enhancements.
  • Support property teams with digital screen updates and ensure estate-wide consistency.
  • Work cross-functionally with F&B, Revenue, IT, commercial and operations teams.
  • Identify and resolve UX/UI friction points through data and user feedback.
  • Ensure digital compliance (accessibility, cookie policies, tagging, GDPR etc.).
  • Potential for line management responsibilities.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience managing a website or digital product in a B2C environment, ideally in hospitality, retail or travel.
  • Confident working with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress or custom platforms).
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices and web analytics tools (GA4, Search Console etc.).
  • Strong copywriting capabilities with the ability to bring our two brands, Malmaison and Hotel Du Vin alive across digital touch points.
  • Experience working with design and development teams.
  • A natural problem solver who can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
  • Experience managing payment system development and optimisation desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
