Dynamic X is a Wales-based digital and immersive technology company supporting clients across advanced engineering, manufacturing, infrastructure, and energy sectors. We work with engineering-led businesses to help them communicate complex products, systems, and processes through high-quality visualisation, interactive applications, and immersive technologies.

We are seeking a full-time, onsite Strategic Outreach & Market Development Manager to lead business development activity within the Advanced Engineering sector. This role focuses on building relationships with engineering-driven organisations, identifying new opportunities, and developing long-term partnerships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic outreach to advanced engineering companies, technology developers, manufacturers, and research-led organisations. They will represent Dynamic X in meetings, industry events, and partner discussions, clearly explaining how our visualisation and immersive solutions can support product development, training, stakeholder engagement, and commercial growth.

The role includes market research, lead generation, partnership development, and coordination with internal technical and delivery teams to shape proposals and solutions that meet client needs. You will work closely with company directors to develop sector-specific strategies and contribute to the company’s wider growth plans, including UK and international market expansion.

This position would suit a confident, commercially aware individual with experience in advanced engineering, technical sales, or market development, who is comfortable engaging with engineers, technical leaders, and decision-makers. Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build trusted relationships are essential.
