What You’ll Be Doing:
• Designing, implementing, and evaluating the whole school SEND strategy
• Advising and guiding teachers to deliver first-class inclusive teaching and learning
• Overseeing EHCP processes and fostering relationships with specialists and families
• Leading on interventions, provision mapping, and progress monitoring for SEND students
• Shaping staff development on SEND – delivering INSET and 1:1 coaching
• Collaborating closely with SLT to influence whole-school improvement
