What You’ll Be Doing:
• Designing and implementing the SEN strategy to raise achievement for all learners
• Leading, mentoring and inspiring a dedicated SEND team
• Overseeing EHCP applications, reviews, statutory compliance, and provision mapping
• Collaborating with teachers and LSAs to embed inclusive practice throughout the curriculum
• Building strong relationships with families, external agencies, and leadership
• Monitoring impact, using data to refine interventions and accelerate progress

Ideal SENCO for this Sutton School:
• Experienced UK-trained SENCO with QTS and proven whole-school impact
• Clear track record of driving progress for SEN students (Good or Outstanding references essential)
