What You’ll Be Doing:
• Championing whole-school SEND policy and implementation as SENCO
• Expertly leading EHCP processes, provision mapping, and stakeholder engagement
• Coaching, supporting, and upskilling staff in evidence-based SEND practice
• Strategically analysing SEND data and reporting to governors and leadership
• Building transformative partnerships with families, external agencies, and students
