What You’ll Be Doing:
• Leading the identification, assessment, and support of all SEND students
• Coordinating and writing EHCPs, deploying targeted intervention plans, and managing statutory processes
• Training, mentoring, and inspiring staff in differentiation and best SEND practices
• Collaborating closely with families, outside agencies, and senior leadership
• Monitoring rigorous data tracking and reporting measurable progress, ensuring pupil voice drives outcomes

Ideal SENCO for this Hammersmith and Fulham School:
• UK-trained educator with QTS (SENCO qualification highly desirable)
