Summary
We require a HLTA for a Secondary school in Leicester. This is a full time, long term post on an ongoing basis.
HLTA
Confident, capable practitioner able to lead whole-class teaching when required
Strong experience supporting pupils across KS3 AND KS4, ideally with some SEND exposure
Nurturing, calm and emotionally intelligent
Highly organised with the ability to run small group interventions independently
Positive role model with excellent communication skills
High energy, enthusiastic, and able to build strong relationships quickly
Flexible, reliable, and able to support the class teacher in delivering high-quality learning
School Hours: 8.15am start – end of day - Hours are flexible
Environment: Beautiful modern school with large classrooms, excellent SEND provision, specialist creative spaces and a nurturing ethos
