Job Purpose:
We are seeking a caring, dependable, and motivated Personal Assistant to support a mum with her two children in her day-to-day life. This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys making a positive impact and supporting family life in a practical way.
The successful applicant will support with household tasks, meal preparation, and accessing the local community, while encouraging independence and helping to build a string support network.

- Support with food shopping and planning nutritious, well-balanced meals
- Assist with food preparation to ensure the children are eating healthily
- General housework, including keeping the home clean, tidy, and organised
- Provide assistance with children as needed, both at home and in the community
- Support accessing local amenities and activities

Summary Terms and Conditions:
- Rate of pay: £12.38 per hour.
- Hours and days of work: 6 hours per week. 3 days a week – 2 hours on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 12pm to 2pm
- The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks (calculated based on annual hours worked).
- Free training for all staff via Flick Learning.
- If this job requires any of the following: manual handling, handling of hazardous chemicals (e.g. household cleaning products), food handling, handling of medication. You will be required to undertake annual training.
- A satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
- Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.
- Completion of a satisfactory 6-month probationary period
