What skills and experience we're looking for

- Fulfill the professional responsibilities of a teacher, as set out in the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document

- Meet the expectations set out in the Teachers’ Standards

- Ensure the highest possible standards of teaching and learning for a group of pupils

- Lead and manage a class team and ensure the safety and well-being of children and colleagues

- Be aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to child protection, health, safety and security, confidentiality and data protection and report all concerns to the Headteacher (or delegated member of staff)

Pupils rise to these expectations and are enthusiastic about their learning. Pupils and staff are proud to be part of this small village school. One parent commented, ‘The school has a very strong culture of togetherness and community.’
