What skills and experience we're looking for

Launton CE Primary School is a thriving and inclusive school with supportive staff and enthusiastic, motivated children.

We wish to recruit a term time only Teaching Assistant and member of the Wraparound Care Team to work in our school starting as soon as possible; ideally Monday to Friday 8.45am to 4.30pm but will consider part time hours for the right candidate.

What we are looking for –

• A positive, outgoing and resilient person, who enjoys working in a busy team
• Flexible, and with the patience to adapt to an individual child’s changing needs
• Committed to including all children, and helping every child achieve
• Confident in their own English communication, reading, writing and maths, so that they can support children to make great progress
• Hardworking and reliable

Ideally the candidates will hold a Level 3 Qualification and have an interest or experience in SEN.
