KPI Recruiting are excited to be hiring Warehouse Operatives for our well-established client in Ellesmere Port If you’re reliable, hardworking, and looking for consistent night shifts with excellent pay, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and develop your skills within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Full training is provided, making this a great position for both experienced candidates and those new to warehouse work.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play an important part in the daily warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will involve using LLOP (Low Level Order Picker) equipment to unload containers, accurately identifying and placing products into the correct locations, and wrapping completed pallets using handwrap machinery. You’ll also help maintain a safe, tidy, and efficient working environment throughout your shift. The work is active, hands-on, and perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy.

Shifts & Hours

We offer two shift patterns to suit different schedules:

  • Friday, Satuday, Sunday: 0600–1900


  • Saturday, Sunday, Monday: 06:00–19:00


    These are ongoing, reliable shifts with long-term potential.

    What We’re Looking For

    We welcome candidates with previous warehouse experience, but this isn’t essential as full training is provided. The ideal person will be reliable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to work well as part of a team with good attention to detail.
