Summary
KPI Recruiting are looking for motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s busy distribution centre in Liverpool. This is a fast-paced role involving the use of modern picking technology and machinery.
Pay Rates£12.55 per hour – Weekday Days
•
£13.55 per hour – Weekend Days
•
£14.55 per hour – Weekday Nights
•
£15.55 per hour – Weekend Nights
Available Shifts
Rotating Days: Monday – Friday, 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00
•
Fixed Nights: Monday – Friday, 22:00–06:00
Key Responsibilities
LLOP Operation: Full training provided on Low Level Order Pickers to pick store orders.
•
Voice Picking: Using a Bluetooth headset to follow accurate picking instructions.
•
Target Driven: Working in a timely manner to ensure distribution targets are met.
•
Accuracy: Ensuring store codes match your orders and identifying specific product codes.
•
Stock Placement: Using an eye for detail to store items in the correct locations.
•
Pallet Prep: Using a handwrap machine to secure completed pallets ready for storage.
What We’re Looking For
Reliability and a strong work ethic.
•
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
•
Good communication skills (to use the headset system).
•
Willingness to learn—no previous LLOP experience required as training is provided!
