We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Practitioner with a proven track record of delivering high-quality 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line IT support across all systems and applications provided by the college.
In addition to providing comprehensive technical support, you will take on a specialist lead role focused on the development and administration of Microsoft 365 and the college’s outsourced intranet platform. This role is essential in supporting staff and students by ensuring seamless access to Microsoft 365 services and maintaining dynamic, user-friendly intranet content that enhances communication and productivity across the college.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to be supportive and develop good working relationships with students, staff, and external representatives.
