We’re looking for experienced, passionate bar and waiting staff to join our friendly team at the beautiful Aysgarth Falls Hotel — home to the popular Palmers Restaurant and soon to be complemented by our stunning new Hyllside Suites, opening in the New Year.
This is an exciting time to join us as we continue to grow and invest in our guest experience.
What you’ll be doing
Delivering warm, professional service in both bar and restaurant areas
Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring every guest feels welcome
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Working seamlessly with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
Supporting events, residents, and diners across the hotel
We’re looking for people who
Have previous bar or restaurant experience (hotel experience is a bonus)
Are confident, friendly and guest-focused
Take pride in presentation and attention to detail
Work well as part of a team — even when it’s busy
Are flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends
