An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the small, dedicated team at North Road Community Primary School as a School Administrator
As a member of our small school community, with an ethos of promoting a caring atmosphere for all children and encouraging a love of learning, the successful candidate will be working as part of a caring and enthusiastic team. The role will be 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday-Wednesday, term-time only. The successful candidate will be required to be the first point of contact for general administration at the school and ensure the smooth running of the school reception. You must have previous school experience and utilised Arbor on a day to day basis. You will be required to assist with daily attendance administration and staff/pupil data entry using the Arbor system. Your other duties will include responsibility for personnel and recruitment, data protection and data, health and safety and the Single Central Register. Job RequirementsMinimum of a grade C in GCSE Maths and EnglishExperience of using Arbor and strong IT skillsAbility to prioritise tasks on a day-to-day basis
A high level of verbal and written communication standardsProven ability to show reliability and to work to meet key deadlinesIdeally, have worked previously in a school administration roleAbility to work as part of a team Visits to the school are fully encouraged.
