Are you a practical, reliable, and proactive individual who takes pride in creating safe, welcoming environments? At Little Stoke Primary School and Olveston Primary School, we know that great learning starts with well-maintained spaces—and that’s where you come in!
We are looking for a Site Manager to work 20 hours per week across two nearby sites. While our preference is for 4 days per week, we are open to flexibility for the right candidate. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our schools, ensuring our buildings and grounds are safe, secure, and ready to support high-quality education. This role will initially be offered on a fixed-term basis, with the potential to become permanent for a highly successful candidate.Why Join Us?

What We’re Looking For:
Practical Skills: Experience in caretaking, site management, or maintenance is essential.
Problem Solver: Able to respond quickly to issues and keep things running smoothly.
Organised and Reliable: Manage tasks across two sites with efficiency and attention to detail.
Team Player: Build positive relationships with staff, contractors, and visitors.
Transport Ready: You’ll need a driving licence and access to a vehicle to travel to sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the security, safety, and maintenance of both school sites.
Carry out minor repairs and organise contractors for larger works.
Monitor health and safety compliance and maintain heating, energy, lighting, and alarm systems.
Keep outdoor areas safe and tidy, including during adverse weather.
Support lettings and community use of school facilities.
