Summary

At The Crossways Schools, we have a new position open for an Administrative Assistant to join a friendly administrative team. Working hours for this role will be 33.75 hours per week. 8.30am - 3.45pm Monday to Friday with 1/2 an hour for lunch.We are seeking to appoint someone who:Has exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide audience including pupils, visitors, parents and staff both orally and in writing is able to work in a dynamic and stimulating environment; is able to work as part of a team and develop effective and supportive relationships with colleagues and all stakeholders Is able to handle sensitive issues relating to children and staff, maintaining confidentiality, discretion and sensitivity at all times maintains a high degree of professionalism in your approach to work and tasks set is calm, flexible and has good organisational skills sets themselves high standards and pays attention to detail; Job requirements Minimum of a grade C in GCSE Maths and English Ability to prioritise tasks on a day-to-day basis Experience of using information management systems and strong IT skills A high level of verbal and written communication standards Proven ability to show reliability and to work to meet key deadlinesWhy join us?
