We’re looking for an exceptional Theatre General Manager to join our team — someone with strong operational expertise, commercial awareness, innovation and outstanding people management skills. If you’re proactive, solutions focused and thrive in a fast paced environment, this is an exciting opportunity for you to make a real impact.
As our Theatre General Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless day to day running of the venue, leading a dedicated team and driving the theatre’s commercial success. This is a varied and hands on position where you’ll oversee colleagues, optimise operations and make sure every element of the venue is set up to deliver exceptional experiences helping us remain a leading destination for arts and culture.
