As a Security Supervisor with ISS, you will be at the forefront of creating a safe environment, protecting your colleagues and our customer's property, people, and assets by providing exemplary security operations.
The Role
Oversee all security-related matters within the designated building.
Ensure the protection of infrastructure and the safety of all personnel.
Maintain high standards of conduct to positively impact the firm’s reputation.
Ensure all security activities comply with established policies and procedures.
Exercise sound judgement and initiative during incident management.
Lead and coordinate the security team effectively during daily operations and incidents.
Work closely with operational management to deliver a professional and efficient service to the client.
About You
Previous security supervisory or control room experience.
A valid Door Supervision or Close Protection SIA licence.
Knowledge and experience with security systems and other related technology.
Great attention to detail and a consistent approach.
A team player with good customer service skills.
