Crynodeb
Job Purpose
You will help keep production running smoothly by checking for any issues before, during, and after production. This includes making sure products are in the right place, paperwork and SAP records are correct, and materials flow as planned.
Main Responsibilities
Product & Material Control
Check production output on SAP and spot any issues or discrepancies.
Help put quick fixes and corrective actions in place when problems are found.
Make sure products are staged in the correct lanes for each machine.
Ensure products going to external machinists or services are ready in the goods-out area.
Make sure all incoming products are delivered to the correct area.
Ensure finished products are moved to the warehouse.
Production & Process Support
Release and stage production orders in line with the production plan.
Carry out MIGO transactions and confirm transfer orders (TOs).
Check daily bookings to make sure stock counts are correct.
Keep track of open transfer orders and make sure all MIGOs are completed.
Check open production orders and close them (TECO) where required using SAP reports.
Keep the PSA (production storage area) tidy and accurate in SAP.
Manage and control the cycle count plan.
Receive goods for all components and external services.
Raise purchase orders for subcontract operations and clear purchase requisitions.
Book in goods when subcontracted work is returned.
Liaise with subcontractors to arrange deliveries, collections, and lead times.
Organise transport for external processing when required.
Support other areas of the business as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
Good attention to detail.
Forklift truck licence (essential).
Working knowledge of SAP.
