We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor and Food and Beverage Assistants to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences across our award-winning outlets
Job Responsibilities:
-(Supervisor only)Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
-Oversee daily setup, service, and breakdown in the restaurants and bar.
-Maintain impeccable presentation, hygiene, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
-Assist with stock management, inventory control, and minimising wastage.
-Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally, striving for excellence in every interaction.
-Support the Food & Beverage Management team in rostering, events, and special functions.
The Ideal Candidate:
-Previous supervisory experience in a high-quality hotel or restaurant environment (fine dining experience is highly desirable).
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
-Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and beverages, with a passion for Scottish produce and hospitality.
-Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
-Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
