We are delighted to be supporting a brand-new, independent specialist school for children aged 5-11 with Autism as they recruit an exceptional SEN Teacher to join their founding team. The school is seeking a committed, creative, and reflective teacher with a strong foundation in SEN practice. As part of the founding team, you will play a key role in shaping the curriculum, culture, and learning environment.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable
- Experience teaching children with Autism, ideally in a specialist setting
- Familiarity with the EQUALS curriculum is highly desirable
- Experience with non-linear assessment frameworks (e.g. , SCERTS, Routes for Learning) is a strong advantage
- A genuine passion for supporting neurodivergent learners and delivering person-centred education
