What You’ll Be Doing:
• Designing & delivering dynamic, differentiated lessons for SEN pupils
• Leading targeted interventions & personalised learning plans
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams including therapists & psychologists
• Creating data-driven progress reviews and EHCP input
• Advocating for student voice throughout the school
• Training, coaching & supporting TAs to deliver classroom excellence

Ideal "SEN Teacher" for this Islington School:
• UK-trained with QTS, ideally with SEN specialism
• Consistently Good or Outstanding classroom references
