Are you a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a stable, long-term role where you can truly make a difference? Randstad Education is seeking compassionate individuals to support our partner schools across South Manchester (including Stockport, Wythenshawe, and Sale).

The Role:

  • Consistency is Key: This is a full-time position (Mon-Fri, 08:30-15:30) working 1-on-1 or in small groups with children with SEND.

  • Long-Term Impact: We are looking for someone to commit for the remainder of this academic year, with a high possibility of extending into the next.

  • Supportive Environments: Work in schools that value your expertise and provide a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience working with children with SEND in the UK.

  • Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification is highly preferred.

  • Specialist Skills: Training in Team Teach, Makaton, or PECS is a massive advantage.

  • Commute: Ability to travel to various school locations within South Manchester.
