Role: Stepping into a new senior leadership role to drive growth and lead a large team, ensuring the organisation consistently excels in UK immigration, regulatory, and recruitment compliance.



Key Responsibilities:

Governance & Continuous Improvement


Lead regular internal audits and report findings to the Head of Department.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, policies, and industry standards.
Support the Head of Department in developing compliance strategies and preparing reports for senior leadership.


Immigration


Serve as Care UK’s main point of contact for UKVI and manage the Sponsor Management System (SMS).
Ensure compliance with the Home Office sponsor duties and conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate risks.
Develop and maintain internal immigration policies and procedures in line with changing legislation.


Recruitment Compliance


Ensure recruitment practices align with employment law, equality, and data protection regulations.
Implement and monitor robust systems for document verification and candidate onboarding including new system roll out.
Deliver training and guidance to recruiters and hiring managers on compliance processes and best practice and managing relationships with external recruitment partners.




What We're Looking For:


Strong and demonstrable understanding of UK immigration legislation, sponsor licence management, and recruitment governance.
Experience of and success with managing audits and dealing with Home Office or regulatory bodies.
Knowledge of in-house ATS management
Able to travel Nationwide
