Summary
Location: Taverham, Norwich - site based across six school locationsHours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00, with flexible shift times availableContract type: Fixed term contract - 15 months

What will you be responsible for?As a Contract Manager, you'll be working within the Norwich Schools PFI contract, leading the delivery of hard and soft facilities management services and ensuring all contractual, operational and commercial requirements are met.
Your day to day will include:
-Managing the operational delivery of planned and reactive FM services across all sites, with full accountability for performance, health and safety, compliance and service standards
-Acting as the primary point of contact for Norfolk County Council, Project Co and key stakeholders, building strong and collaborative working relationships
-Leading health, safety and compliance across the contract, including acting as Responsible Person for fire and water safety
-Managing the commercial performance of the contract, including P&L responsibility, budgeting, forecasting, invoicing and cost control
-Leading, developing and supporting site teams, promoting a positive culture, high performance, wellbeing and inclusion
What are we looking for?This role of Contract Manager is great for you if:
-You have substantial experience working within a PFI environment, ideally within the education sector
-You have strong knowledge of building services, statutory compliance and facilities management delivery
-You are an effective communicator with excellent report writing skills and confidence using CAFM systems and Microsoft Office
-You hold a Managing IOSH qualification and relevant industry qualifications, apprenticeship or NVQ level training
-You are an inclusive leader who promotes wellbeing, diversity and high standards of people management
