We currently have an exciting opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic Pastoral Administration Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide a welcoming and efficient reception service for students while supporting the recording and monitoring of attendance, behaviour, and pastoral communications. Along with assisting with parental meetings, maintaining accurate records, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks to help the pastoral team deliver responsive student support.Working hours: 37 hours per weekMonday to Thursday - 8.00am to 4.00pmFriday - 8.00am to 3.30pmTerm time only plus 5 daysJob requirements
Good Numeracy and Literacy SkillsExcellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise effectivelyStrong IT skills including proficiency in Google Workspace, database (Bromcom experience desirable), and email systemsHigh level of discretion and understanding of confidentiality requirementsFlexibility and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a teamCommitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
