We are a small, independent provider of Residential care for young people aged 7 -18 across the North West and West Midlands, our aim is simple, to provide excellent care support and guidance and provide our young people with a place they can call home and make memories that will last a lifetime.

We currently have an exciting opening for a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker based in our new 2 bedded home in Blackley, Greater Manchester for young people with challenging behaviours, ADHD and autism, our home is modern and welcoming and can accommodate up to 2 young people.

All applicants must have UK based experience working in a residential home with young people and a Level 3 qualification would be preferred. A full UK manual driving licence would be essential.

Passion, commitment and resilience are just some of the requirements we look for in our team, also the ability to work in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same this makes the role unique in the sense as you will deal with different challenges daily.

Shifts will be a mix of early late and sleeps as the home is operational 24 hours day you will be expected to work some weekends and bank holidays. The rota will be set over a rolling 6 week period and will not exceed over 225 hours per 6 weeks, shifts will start at 730am on earlies.

Starting salary for the role will be £15.50 per hour and £65 per completed sleep, you would be expected to complete around 6 per rota period
