To take informed consent for studies including ensuring potential participants have received the appropriate oral and written information about research projects and confirming their suitability. Communicate effectively with participants, study partners, the research team and other professionals as appropriate to ensure that the trials protocol and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are adhered to. Provide on-going information, advice and support to participants and their study partners and act on any concerns raised in a timely manner. Maintain accurate participants records and ensure all relevant information is documented in the medical notes and source data worksheets.
