TeacherActive is delighted to be working with a welcoming 2-form entry Primary School in Oldbury, who are seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated SEN Classroom from 5th January 2026.
You’ll be supporting a small, nurturing class of 10 pupils across Early Years to KS1, all with Additional Needs—predominantly Autism. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine difference in an environment where every child is valued, supported and encouraged to shine.
This is a full-time, long-term role for the entire academic year, providing the consistency and stability that is absolutely vital for the children in your care.

The Ideal Learning Support Assistant Will Have:

Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs
