About you:

The candidate must be willing to work as part of a team and always be punctual for shifts. The role will involve being able to work shift patterns, which will include evenings and weekends. The candidate should have excellent customer care and good knowledge and understanding of leisure pool environments. An NPLQ qualification is essential for this role.


About the role:

The role of a lifeguard will be to ensure the safety of and enjoyment of centre users and to partake in the management of all aspects of the daily activities of the centre. To work as part of a team to ensure all facilities are presented to the highest levels of cleanliness and to ensure a warm friendly & professional atmosphere and high standard of customer care at all times in order to generate customer loyalty.


About the team:

A successful applicant will be able to join a committed and hard working team to ensure the safety of customers in the pool at all times. The team is a friendly and dedicated group who are looking to expand.
