Recruitment Professionals is recruiting for an experienced Nursery Administrator to join a reputable nursery in Tottenham, North London. This is a full-time, office-based role supporting the smooth running of the nursery’s administrative and operational functions.
About the Role:
You will play a key part in ensuring the nursery operates efficiently by managing:
• Nursery funding and accounting processes
• Invoicing, payments, and financial tracking
• Admissions and enrolment procedures
• Parent communication, queries, and documentation
• Daily administrative support to the management team
• Accurate record keeping and compliance documentation
• Use of nursery management systems (experience with the Family App is ideal)
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, working closely with the nursery manager, supporting staff, and delivering a professional service to parents and external partners.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong background working within a nursery or early years setting
• Experience handling nursery funding, accounts, and admin processes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proactive and highly organised, with strong attention to detail
• Confident using IT systems and management software
• Ability to manage workloads effectively and work independently
Details:
• Salary: £28,000–£30,000 per annum
• Hours: 9am–5pm
• Contract: All Year Round
• Location: Tottenham, North London
